I know it's an important piece of work but in several sequences I just can't go on watching it. At my university I once met a number of students who bragged about knowing the Saw movies by heart. I wondered why. because I do not think that an individual should be expected to endure violence and p...

Undoubtedly, this is one of RM's best songs. I simply adore the 'slowdown' at 2:20.

Ich muss schon sagen, ein ganz schön merkwürdiger Kommentar. Deutsch ist meine Muttersprache.
Odd commentary, I dare say. German is my mother tongue.

I just don't get it. Why do people reveal racist tendencies in threads about Iman? Do people surf the internet for opportunities to become nasty?

I think the point is that you aren't a fan of differentiation. I am quite sure that Marilyn differentiated a lot. Otherwise she would not have fled to New York. The problem was not, as she thought, a lack of talent on her side but a lack of good scripts and roles that would have shown that Hollyw...

Laurence Olivier is awful in this. What made him think that classical acting was superior to the method acting represented by MM? This film is not "Hamlet", and there is no Rebecca around, not even the ghost of her. He was utterly stunning in these films but not in the "Showgirl".

She looks so relaxed in this vid. It's so hard to believe that she had so many breakdowns while shooting "Something's Got To Give", and it's even harder to believe that she finally killed herself. Or was it just that she said goodbye in these scenes? I`ve read somewhere that people who plan to co...

Hildegard Knef was excellent. For Germans it's a bit strange to find that other people call her "Hildegarde Neff" because in German there is no tendency to change names according to German spelling conventions. In other words, so far nothing has been done to change 'Gwyneth Paltrow' to Gwinef Pul...
