The sounds are just saws, get Massive or Sylenth and you'll get the sound. This could be done in any DAW to be honest. I hope you'll do a better job than this song though. With a proper mix this could be much better.

I probably didn't no. My eyes saw 2012 in the description but missed the word 'classic'. Rather foolish of me to think this would've been made in the last 20 years even I agree. It explains the poor sound design at least but the harmony really sounds horrible to me (2:12-2:24 is.. a mistake?!).
