@Moko553 Tried it mate, and no go. I figured out though that it wasn't necessarily that THAT method was wrong, its just i've known for a while my shin splints are caused by having Fallen Arches. So I did the strengthening, and my shin muscles grew noticibly, however the pain was on the right side...
