new design trying for lower amps
i'm drawing 7.86 amps when i plug in to a 12v battery at about 12.9 volts 101watts i figure with this smaller design i will pull fewer amps i tried...

you only need 2 volts to create electrolisis of water so having alarge number of seperate cell in series is more efficent use of power.Reduce the resistance by increasing the surface arear of the electrodes and in close proximinity to each other all the best
