You may want to work on your math. 24 hours a month would mean 288 hours (or 12 days) a year, which is roughly 2 weeks, yet you say 7 weeks a year after that...you either need to learn math, or make up your mind about which it is.

FYI, you can kill Baron easy with Vayne when at level 18 with good equipment. For the life of me I can't understand why you weren't using "Q" when attacking, you almost certainly would've killed him as when you tumble Vayne can't be targeted/attacked for 1 second, which means you won't be taking...
