dam, 8800GTX and Ultra are still good card for recent games ! I had the Ultra until last year and I run BFBC2 at maximum with something like 40FPS

She spawns at the begining of Throne of Bhaal, just before u talk to the Ancient Stone. You have to have a minimum in charism (I think 12 is ok), or she wont give u the mask. So u have to start a new game

If she doesnt spawn, check ur ToB version, it must be patched with the last official Biowar...
