After taking another look at the patch notes, I don't think getting insta shockwave ticks from enrage, is worth the loss of force alacrity. Basically, a rage Jugg's smash's are being nerfed from a 9 sec CD to a 12 sec CD.

Those of you who say the bolster evens things out LOL. Those who claim this, must have never played beta pvp at 50 or played warhammer. The bolster is a nice gesture and keeps you from being 1 shot with your 1500hp at lvl 10, but it makes you far from competitive to a 50 that isn't semi retarded.
