@Tsba92 isn't that enough reason for a yoke! :p but anyways it's used to turn, turn and go up and down on takeoff and landing. Without it the plane couldn't fly, because the planes are not yet fully automated

You fly for a small little African airline though. It's not like your airline has any codeshare agreements or anything like that? My dads a ual 767 FO, and he can maybe get away with nabbing a first class seat for free, but normally he has to pay the extra fee
