Keeping it in 2nd allowed him to have higher corner exit speeds, there really was no need to shift to 3rd, and when he came to a straight, he usually did. If you think the revs are too high, you're too old.

Neither one of these cars are built for straight-line speed. Both are built for the track. The real track, with corners, (left AND right). I am a GTR fan, but don't automatically say Z06's suck. All these "rolling race" videos on YouTube paint a pretty sad picture of automotive enthusiasm if this...
