The ecu thinks its going to get back the air in the system so it makes an afr that would account for that extra air coming back into the intake, and what do you get with less air and more fuel? A "rich" air-fuel mixture

alright thanks cuz im seeing obx bovs on ebay with 2 ports and Im thinking they're hybrid where one vents to atmosphere and alittle of the air is sent back into the intake the airflow meter can read it.
