HAHAHA I've seen Army boot-camp at Fort Sill, one of many boot camps they have bc they have different bootcamps depending on your job (probably the reason for Jessica Lynch type events in "support" MOS's) WHAT A JOKE that bootcamp is! DC has a beltway. This person is taking HOV-3 on I-95, that's why he is bypassing the terrible traffic. The reason NoVa has such bad traffic is bc the capitol is in Richmond. They take all of NoVa's tax dollars then invest it elsewhere and don't bother to expand the highways around the DC metro b...
