I'm curious as to what kind of gas mileage your getting with the carb setup? I just dropped a 383 stroker in my 91 gmc with and original 4.3l v6. Fuel injection setup is definitely not letting it reach it's potential. Along with 10-12 mpg. Probably about to put a carb on it, heh.
