@sterling2010shelby Check your figures....LOL You are a couple hundred pounds off on the '04 Cobra. Your quoted weight is for the 2005+ stangs....LOL You'd have to have a hell of a lot of groceries in the back of that '04 Cobra to get it to 3,665 lbs....

Both cars run well! It's difficult to beat the Mustangs up to 100 mph. They are light, quick and agile.....Remember, it's not about horsepower or weight, it's about the horsepower to weight ratio and driving the car of course....:-)

Hey man, much respect for that Fox body 'stang. Runnin' strong against that s/c Cobra! Those small block 351's made some good torque numbers, didn't they....:-)

This shit kills me....LOL It just burns GM folk's asses when these little 281 c.i. Cobras tear that ass up, don't it.....LOL For what was paid for that damn 'Vette, that dude could proli make that Cobra 1000 rwhp....LOL Go get 'em dude.....:-) BTW, a lot of it depends on the driver....wink win...

Cool, dense air has a much larger effect on a supercharged engine like the Cobra versus the Vet which is N/A! My advice, put a huge intercooler heat exchanger on the Cobra and a rather large coolant reservoir....and if you keep making those back to back daytime runs, a head cooling modification.....
