I've been a cop for 13 years now and can't figure out what that Sergeant was thinking. He had to jump the highway divider to go after the reporter. I'm not a huge fan of the press, but he was clearly doing nothing wrong. He was not contaminating the scene, nor blocking the flow of traffic.
