As someone who has sung the tenor solo in this piece, I do not like his voice. In my opinion his voice is not right for this- not strong enough on the top.

I want to start by saying I am a HUGE Patti fan, but this performance- not so much. The beauty of doing this role so long ago was she was around the same age as the real Eva Perone. I think now, she has lost touch with her and therefore the song.
