So i figured out the problem, the center piece of the cap where it meets with the rotor, broke off dont know how, i was very careful putting it on....

shot in 720p /60fps with sandisk extreme

no nightvision - none of the camileos have it

yes- motion detection

Recording modes- 1080p/30fps, 720p/...
