It' still safer than a bike... They only cost US$1,600 in china 150cc Cool and fun to drive, but have to remember to treat it like a motorcycle as it doesn't have all the safety features of a car.

Would be great as a MARS vehicle, but the center of gravity is too high for a ATV (ATEV) and you'll need to wear sun tan lotion or you'll fry in the sun... impractical design, great for a an amusement park tho.

Should make the cars look more cool to appeal to larger market not just the old folks. If you want to get people out of gas guzzlers and into electric cars bring down the price and design the car to appeal to the younger generation of trend setters.
