I'm positive that's what you did specially because the start of the video the cube already have 5 of the 9 yellow pieces on the same side making me think it was poorly...

Since you only gain one charge of Fingers of Frost at a time stacking up to 2 charges I prefer to keep one charge up at all times and only cast ice lance if I have 2 charges. That way I'm always able to cast deep freeze as soon as it's off the cool down or Frostfire Bolt as soon as it procs.

You said to bring 2 tanks because of the stacking healing reduction debuff, but the debuff falls off every time he summons new adds and not once did I see any player other than your warrior in group 1 with the stacks.
Shouldn't this be a 1 tank fight? Or at least say 1-2 tanks so it doesn't seem...
