About Me:
I am also familiar with many known -- Ustads,Maestros and Music Directors of the Indian Sub-continent-a good few years of my life has been well spent serving my Gurus and Ustaads..of which several were in Rajasthan [India] with an Ustad to master the art of "SUR".
I thank my lucky stars to have had the priviledge to have known them all-and I am grateful for the knowledge that I attained in their company.I hope to carry their message forward to the coming aspiring generations to help them follow in the footsteps of our -Legends-who have left us with a tremendous culture and a Sea of Music.
I like to see all aspiring "up and coming" musicians to improve and progress on the ladder known as the "Ladder of Music" by concentrating on the improvement of SUR-TAAL-LEH-thus hoping one day they too become legends and pass on the craft and music for coming generations.
I attend many functions in disguise and easily mingle in with the local crowd..to "spot talent"-hence I am not uploading my image or photograph herein.However..I hope you enjoy the "rare" family photo's in the background-with all the Legends,Gurus & Ustaads- I was lucky to have them pose for me ALL under one roof .

I am very particular about SUR-TAAL-SAAZ AND LEH-..[Sorry that's just me].and all the Legends AND Ustaads I have sat with..have always emphasised the IMPORTANCE OF SUR.. as one of the basic tenaments of singing...
..If someone's not in these circles..then frankly "They should not be singing"..FULL STOP!
It is like being driven in a Ferrari by a learner driver on the FAST LANE OF F1 GRANDPRIX..or putting someone- unfamiliar with navigations in-charge of a Vessel on a stormy Sea?
Kindly be prepared for some positive criticism from myself from time to time- I believe if I am to be your true friend
-I should tell you- "as I see it"-since I am not scouring these pages on YouTUBE for a social event..rather a talent spotting journey- whilst at the same time - so as to not deprieve you of the chance to improve your style-performance..etc.
If you are mimmicking the song[s] of legends..then..PLEASE.. at least try to sing it as near to perfect as your ability allows..not make a mess of an Legends hard WORK and... credibility..indeed ...LIFE~LONG CREDIBILITY..is at stake,because a song once sang in perfect SUR ,winning the hearts of Millions-if not Billions..get's ruined in minutes by some amateur, leaving a bad taste in the listerners mouth,thus being also put off from the ORIGINAL version.
My mission is to see you do well in the World of Music-whenever possible I encourage new aspiring singers to establish their own ID..style and Lyrics..
In some cases.I refer an exceptionally talented artist to "some friends" in the Music circle..who go on to promote them under their respective banners.
I don't get involved in the promotion side or recording ..as..I leave that to the professionals who know their job !

At the end of each month- after having assesed all your Videos on Youtube..I alongwith some experts from the field of Music shall agree unanimously and "NOMINATE THE VIDEO OF THE MONTH..which in our opinions ticked all the boxes with points given to every performance-use of SUR-SAAZ-TAAL-LEH-confidence on stage..etc.
We remain impartial at all times in our selections-and are NEVER -INFLUENCED by any third party in our decisions..as that would not resolve the purpose of this page.
The winner shall be referred to a recording company who shall contact the winner directly for future promotions.
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFLUENCE OVER THE DECISION MAKING OF THE RECORD COMPANIES-THUS WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THEY WILL PROMOTE ANY SAID WINNER FROM OUR DECISION-THEY HAVE TO ASSESS THE MARKET-ABILITY OF EVERY POTENTIAL SINGER ..in this day and age when illegal downloading is becoming phenomenal thus companies losing out.

winning the title of" BEST VIDEO OF THE MONTH ON YouTUBE"-you will have already achieved sufficient fame..granted by us.. on the World's largest media.
Only aspiring singers who have sung in their own Voice (-preferably without the aid of Karaoke/Synthesisers)..AND SUNG LIVE ..would be given priority and favourable results...but all Videos are welcome.
Videos of famous personalities-Legends and those that are already in the commercial market however.. shall NOT BE CONSIDERED !!
Finally...as MAHATMA GANDHI... famously quoted:-""First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then YOU...WIN"!!
