I don't know if it's just because English isn't their native language but I think the original version is much better - and I say that even though I'm English myself! Maybe Dutch just sounds better anyway!

If you read the lyrics really carefully you can see so many similarities with English and German. (Unfortunately I can't really understand much of the spoken language - too fast!) It's a beautiful language. Even the talking bit in the library sounded like singing!
