It's obviously the lads in the second part. Let It Be sessions. The first part sounds like a John Lennon demo in the mid 70's. "Rock N' Roll" album or "Let It Be"? But I'll guess it was John screwing around at home circa 1968.

I must also add that where I found Alpha, no one asks for money.
