I'm getting healthy the natural way... good old fashioned exercise and eating good... no diets, fads or surgery! Simply a change of lifestyle that would benefit me even if I was skinny! I'm eating all natural, eliminating fast food, processed foods, chemical laden foods, refined sugars and refined flours. What's left to eat? All of the yummiest fresh produce, herbs, nuts/seeds, legumes and 100% whole grains I want!!! Along with fish and organic animal products.
