@aleksankazakov thats smart , u sound like you know a thing or 2 about bodybuilding , Ive been doing it for 7 yrs now , thats the first smart thing ive seen writen on the subject , thats what i did , maxed out ,on body then after plateau , suplement the hell outta yerself.

I really respect arnold and his achievements , but i like kevin more than him in terms of body building , i been at it for 7 yrs now im 195 lbs, 5'10 , kevin is probably 250 lbs awesome frame and so is arnold so whatever
