Well Tracy tried to portray herself as this tough cookie, saying how she enjoys preying on the weak.. don't cry when everybody doesn't like you, you're the one that said those things! Nobody's going to be there for you when you're weak, if you, yourself give no sympathy to people "weaker" than you.
