Current Hair Regimen

Once a week I shampoo and condition my hair using nu gro shampoo and nu gro moisturizing conditioner.

Throughout the week 2-3 times a week or every other day I do CO- washes aka conditioner washing using my own mix of:
2 tsp Amla Powder mixed with water til it looks like yogurt.
2 tsp MSM aka organic sulphur powder
1 tsp Jamaican Black Castor Oil for thickness
2 tsp Amla Oil

I apply this to my scalp first by parting my hair in maybe 1/4" parts all the way to the top until my entire scalp is covered. then I apply the rest on my hair & ends and edges until my head looks like I stuck it in my shitty cat litter box.

I let it sit for 8-12 hours under a plastic cap then rinse with water only. All finished.

Once my hair has air dried I apply emu oil on my scalp and ends. This oil is not heavy and has NO scent at all. No additional moisturizer is needed, the emu oil seems to be fine as my only leave in.

When I straighten my hair I use CHI but I've stopped using heat and now I just do dry roller sets and it comes out the same. Plus the rollers are PINK!

I wrap my hair with a silk scarf at night and mostly leave it on hroughout the day unless it's really hot or I have to go somewhere.

Oh p.s. I forgot
Sometimes I use a little bit of aubrey organics 100% aloe vera gel on my edges. Like a dime sized rubbed into my hands and then smoothe it over.
