Hi all, Lulu Hoop here! I started this channel a few years back for my belly dance troupe at the University of Maine. Since then I've moved to California, immersed myself in Hoop Dance and Yoga for 4 years and then moved back to New England. I am a teacher and performer. Here you will find performance and instructional videos of me and my students for Yoga, Hoop and Belly Dance, with the occasional personal video thrown in.
