An Entomopter-based Mars Flyer holds promise of not only flying slowly over the Martian landscape, but being a multimode vehicle, could land, take samples/recharge/or communicate, and then take off to continue the survey mission. It even has the potential of returning to its launch point for refueling, downloading of data, or transferring of samples.

Maine-August, 2007-I was filming some B-roll for a documentary about the Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. I did not notice this object while filming, and just got around to editing the tape it was on a couple of weeks ago.
I was panning the harbor after shooting a tanker and tugs coming into the harbor, and shot the island forts for the doc we were working on. I didn't pay much attention to it the first few times of going through the film as planes frequently fly in that area to land and take off at the Portland Airport.

While doing a frame by frame, I noticed that this did not appear to be an airplane. I've looked it over several times but cannot determine what type of craft this is.

The camera I was using had VHSC for media.You'll notice that the object was flying over one of the forts I hesitated at to get the short footage for.

Windows into the abyss
Black spots have been discovered on Mars that are so dark that nothing inside can be seen. Quite possibly, the spots are entrances to deep underground caves capable of protecting Martian life, were it to exist.

Is it an airship? Is it an UFO?

A strange object seen in the skies above in Salt Lake City has residents scratching their heads.

Salt Lake Air Traffic Control said they didn't pick up the object on radar and had no knowledge of the ca. 200-foot-long (60m) craft.

Looks like a zepellin(blimp) to me.
But it's moving very fast for an air-ballon.
Especially when it's going down behind the rooftop at 8:10 or the tree at the end of the video.
