Colorado claims not to have enough in its budget to afford enough police to patrol its highways and protect the denizens.
In Denver alone the patrol division's budget was $76.7 million and is estimated to be $81.8 million in 2008.

They buy more expensive unmarked cars and stalk citizens rather than create a presence and prevent the crimes.
And now they're complaining that they don't have enough money to actually prevent and protect and want more so that they can buy more unmarked cars and bait, entrap and incarcerate!
They'll just put more of those unmarked cars on the highways, wait, bait and entrap drivers in attempts to hand out more tickets, making more money, filling their quotas and justifying their jobs.

HB 1325 creates a seasonal agricultural worker pilot program in the CO Department of Labor for the approval of workers through the federal H-2A certification process. The program aims to fix the problems farmers are having finding workers and using the broken H2A program by allowing up to 5000 additional immigrants to enter and work in Colorado for up to 10 months at a time.

Why should you care, right?
Well, Colorado already has more than 500,000 illegal immigrants here in this State.
They cost the State more than $1,100,000,000 ($1.1 Billion) each year.
More than 12,000 of whom are gang members.
We spend more than $38,000,000 ($38 Million) annually on babies born to these illegal immigrants who cannot afford health insurance because of their criminal tresspass and invasion into our State/Country.
500,000 - five hundred thousand illegal immigrants already in this State and farmers are still unable to find workers willing to fill in?
What in this Bill makes anybody think another 5,000 will fix this?

On February 28th, three California appeals court Justices handed down an opinion that reads that Californian Parents do not have the Constitutional Right to Home School their children.
This contradicts a 1993 Michigan Surpreme Court ruling that stated that Americans DO have that Constitutional Right.

We need to fight this - to demand that California "De-Publishes" this ruling - "De-Certifies" this opinion.
Whether you're a Californian or parent, we all need to contact our Representatives and get them to fight for Americans both in and out of California.

I made a quick jaunt out to Aspen, Colorado.
Because of the weather it took about 4.5 hours to get there then the return trip after dark (roads froze up - black ice) it took over 5 hours!
