2009 has been a massive year for the Australian DJ/Producer known as tyDi.

He started the year with a headlining performance in front of a record breaking 42,000 at Sensation in Melbourne. Shortly after he played the main-stage at Trance Energy in Holland to 20,000, released his debut artist album Look Closer (which shot straight to the #2 spot on the Australian dance charts) and remixed artists such as 4 Strings, Nadia Ali & John OCallaghan. This was just the beginning...

At the same time as he held the #1 and #2 spot on the Beatport trance charts, tyDi was named the #1 DJ in Australia for the 2nd consecutive year (Sony ITM DJ Poll).

In more recent news November will see the launch of his worldwide radio show Global Soundsystem and to top it all off, he has now debuted at #52 in the almighty DJ Mag Top 100. He has been named the fastest rising star in Australian dance music and Rolling Stone magazine featured a four page spread on his rapid success.

At only 22 years of age, tyDi is the future of global dance music...
