I play RPGs with the added twist of using a cheating device only to prevent leveling up. How far can we possibly get?

The goal of this? To answer "If it were impossible to level up in any given RPG, would you be able to complete the game?"

I've started a Low Level Game as well, in which no cheating device is used. Take a look, it's Golden Sun.

I mostly recommend watching Golden Sun (LLG), Paper Mario, Mother 3, Final Fantasy VII, and Final Fantasy IX. The playlist "Other Videos" should also have interesting videos (because I don't upload anything that's not, of course).

Playlists that are labeled [COMPLETE] are, well, complete. Those [DISCONTINUED] are those which I was unable to proceed due to being unable to defeat a boss. Those without labels are either in progress or in hiatus.

Paper Mario (lvl 1). With a few exceptions, it is also "no items no partner upgrades." For personal technical limitations, sound effects and music have been overwritten, but video should still be satisfactory.

Golden Sun (Low Level Game)

Golden Sun Low Level Game in which Issac, Garet, and Ivan stay at their lowest levels (1,1, and 4), and Mia takes the experience from all fights, which after the last fight her level will be 16. This requires Mia to be the only one standing at the end of a fight, which can be a challenge in itself.

Personally, I consider this challenge to be more difficult, but less fun in some aspects, than the "no experience" challenge. One thing is that we will not be able to fight some optional bosses such as DeadBeard and Toadonpa.

These videos will replace the current Golden Sun no exp videos. However, new videos of optional bosses will be uploaded as a no exp challenge.
