The truth is out there, all you have to do is seek it and you will find it. "Seek and ye shall find."
It is the denial of the true reality that keeps us from seeing past the illusions and lies that the world sets before our eyes. It is the people's lack of ability to concieve that such things could be true and so they deny that they are true even though the truth might actually be staring them in the face, but the illusion and their own denial keep them from seeing what really is true. To seek what is true we must see past our current perceptions and the popular train of thoughts and seek after the deeper matter, which in reality is the truth.

My Muscles- This will be a series of videos to track my progress as I attempt to pack on lean muscle mass and to shed off any unnecesary fat from my body. I am in an attempt to get my body weight to 200 lbs of lean muscle mass. In my attempts to do this. I will do so by ONLY natural means such as raw foods, cooked foods, natural supplementation such as protein/amino acids, vitamins, minerals, fiber. I will not be using any steroids, hormons, or testosterone boosters because I feel that the use of such substances is unnatural and harmful the the overall health and longevity of the health of an individual.

Tips:

7.) avoid artificial sweeteners: splenda was invented during research on insecticides and contains chlorine. Aspartame is said to actually make you fat and cause other problems in the body. Both will cause problems with brain function and digestive problems because they are unnatural to the body and cannot be digested properly.

Your brain runs on sugar, and artificial sweeteners will be toxic to your neurological and bodily functions

8.) if you have to use a sugar replacement....use stevia or xylitol, which are both natural sweeteners found in nature.

9.) reduce your sugar & starch intake to reduce body fat percentage.

Tips:

4.) Eat raw and organic: raw vegetables and fruits retain their nutrients unlike those that are cooked. When they are cooked, much of the nutrients are destroyed as compared to eating them in the raw form.

5.) Eat lean: eat only lean meats that are low in fat. Especially avoid saturated fats.

6.) Don't eat pork. God was right in the old testiment when He called it an unclean food. Pig meat is not good for your body because it is high in fat and other junk. (example...a hot dog is almost nothing but fat)

Tips:

1) Look for time-release vitamins and supplements so that your supplements will be slowly released into your body throughout the day.

2.) When looking for protein/amino acids look for them in powder form and mix them into your whey protein drink.

3.) Say no to processed foods and artificial chemicals and so on. Eat only natural real foods, which God created for you to eat. If it did not grow on the tree like that you probably should not eat it. (example...cookies did not grow on the tree like that. They are just one of many examples of what a processed food is.

waist/belly = 32 in.

Bench = 170 lbs 10-15 times per set

Chin up = 11 times per set

Knee up = 15-20 times per set

Crunches = 50 times per set

flies = 30 times per set (35 lbs. per arm)

Push ups = 40 (usually do 20-30 per set)
