As an educator, this child is an inspiration to us all as to why we do what we do everyday. It is our challenge and mission to facilitate the maximum potential of each and every student. We MUST motivate, inspire, and nurture, listen to and enlighten each and every student in our care, Not all children are destined to go to college...........and that's OK! Without plumbers, car mechanics, A/C techs. Etc, Etc, Etc. where would we all be? No one profession is more noble than the other, we all need each other and the talents of each other! Until we recognize this, the self esteem of those who are not academic scholars will continue to be trodden on. They have as much to offer society as the anyone else and should be respected for that!
