GM will try to kill the Volt at every turn, here are some examples-
-The reason that the Volt sounds so weird and loud in the vids is an effort on the part of GM to discourage potential buyers, it sounds like grinding metal. Done to discourage buyers, done on purpose. -People who buy the Volt will not own the battery, GM plans to make Volt owners rent the battery on a weekly basis. This will make the cost of operating the Volt equal to a standard internal combustion car.
