I recently found through a friend that people from cuba do have excess to internet but can send email from cuba. Now wether that is just a select few or not I don't know. But I know in the past I tried getting response from certain artist like jisel and a few others in time past and was told that they can't respond because they can't send email or have internet. What I do know is that I am a fan of "Jisel" and of what their doing in cuba in given these artist and dancers a chance to use and make cheese of their talent. If they can't respond to their fans who is willing to spend money for their products and post there products and spread word about them there is surely a way for them to coorespond with them.........................peace
