I especially appreciate that these precious recordings are played on the sort of machines they were designed for. A truly wonderful collection

I just listened to Rudolph Valentino singing! And then I called my 89-year-old mother and played it through the phone for her. Never thought I'd hear Valentino's voice. A thrill.

Oh and feel free to visit my channel and watch my playlists etc, I have similar tastes to yours, and appreciate old films, sherlock holmes, classical music, and have a degree in art history, so therefore am very interested in early cinema, and many areas that are considered artistic.
Hope to chat to you sometime via PM. Feel free to message me.

I love all those old 78 recordings, my mother and father had some, don't know what happened to them. They had a lot of Caruso, and Opera recordings.
Lovely to find your channel, I look forward to visiting you again soon.
Many thanks for all your hard work uploading these wonderful treasures for us all to share, it's very much appreciated by me!
