what does it mean when i try to retrieve a multi media message and the phone deducts the minutes its supposed to, then immediately says "invalid argument"?

After 9 days I received an EMPTY ENVELOPE with the invoice in it. Empty as in NO PHONE. An envelope WHICH I opened in the fedex office at the counter since it looked empty. The fedex employee confirmed it was empty (except for the invoice)! After 4 long phone calls, the best responses I got was "tracking shows it was delivered", and "file a complaint with fedex"... WTF, why is it fedex's fault that tracfone.com send me an empty envelope??? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The day I got the envelope, I called tracfone, and was told a replacement would be "received" within 24-48 hours. Three days later and 3 more calls, I was told they had no record of my problem, but "would check into it". Can you say DUH. I would be the first to admit this "may" be an isolated event, but it is how they are handleing it that upsets me.

I'm honestly surprized at how durable their phones are! Everyone else I know has to replace their contract phones every few months because of a cracked screen or other glitch. I've had my t301g for a year now, and it still looks and works just like it did the day I bought it!

I want to get a new tracfone, but this old tracfone won't quit working. I've had it for something like 5 yrs. How long does it take to breakdown? All I want are newer features. Oh, well. Otherwise, I've got nothing to complain about.

Wow. There's nothing wrong with Tracfone. I've had one for over a year, I know several people that have them, none of us have problems. I'd bet jealous competitors are the people posting the rubbish below. Jeez, even a 4 year old can activate one...

I'm just like the lady in this video!! I lost my job and I needed to cut back in any way I could. I got four phones for my family and like her, I am saving lots of money. Tracfone is such a great prepaid provider because it is cheap and the coverage is amazing!
