UNFOLDING may be Tony Pucci's first official CD release on a real label (Heyday Records, once called "one of the 10 most adventurous small labels in the world" by Rolling Stone Magazine), but it is far from his first recording. Since 1986, Tony has recorded over 80 full-length releases in his home studio, an output of more than 1000 songs.




Tony views each opportunity to write and record a song as a learning experience, and it is no small coincidence that after 20 years, UNFOLDING should be his first label release. Successfully building layers of sound in combination with his love for melody and harmony, Tony creates a unique "PucciPop" sound from such diverse influences as psychedelic "space rock" (Pink Floyd, The Church), surf, pop (The Cars, The Knack), and classic rock (The Moody Blues, The Who).
