i'm telling u it's hard to accept the apology cuz wat the japanese done in the past r too brutalize.

for example if u were the victim who was being torture n experiment lively can u still accept the apology, well is easy for u to say sorry since u not the one who had been this situation

now if it was the other way around chinese doing these to japanese would u still accept our apology i guess not and it's natural
