I did this for my advanced editing class where I had to replace everything including making my own music (Look up Kori Arashi on Macjams.com for free tunes). Dialogue replacement was traumatizing but I eventually got the sounds and all made for it. It's a spoof trailer obviously with the cave birds and all. The second half picks up pace so keep watching! I guess it turned out alright- woo!

This is my final project for my advanced film production class at Foothill College- a 42 page book of all my documents and notes for the film came with it! This is a large step for me in film because I did so much more on this film than past ones- I wrote a script for it, drew a storyboard, did lighting with hard shadows and a golden look to it, created my own soundtrack in GarageBand, did a bunch new color correction, created my very own comic book looking credits, and more! A lot of the new stuff I learned on my own and the total process to create this was around 70 hours. I was trying to get the film to have its own feel and take it up a notch. It was shot on a Sony VX2000 (3CCD Chip Camcorder)! Please tell me what you think of the new film! :D

It's meant to be played without sound however I did add sound later and no it isn't edited to it however it happens to fall with the sound just great randomly haha. Apparently the spoof trailer didn't meet the requirements of the dialogue editing so I edited the Matrix footage to the Kung Fu Panda dialogue. Neo has Poe the Panda's voice and Morpheus has Master Shifu's voice. It was a quick edit so hopefully it's alright. Tell me what you think :3

This is my rough cut for my editing project changing dialogue between two or more characters. In this I combined the two films "The Fast and the Furious" and Pixar's "Cars". The sound is from the original "The Fast and the Furious" trailer while the footage is from the "Cars" movie. For the first time I attempted lip syncing and will be working on it much more for this project. Overall I think the rough cut works. Tell me what you think :3

It's awesomeness! Yes it's for Foothill College and it's finally here to be shown on all the big plasma screen TVs. There has been lots of color correction and no- the ray guns and explosions are obviously real haha. Anyways tell me what you think. It was all shot in an hour and edited in a few hours. I think it turned out pretty decent. Woo! :3

Here's the edited version of my friend's footage for his project I helped him with. This is my version of it and did lots of color correction along with many other things. The last scenes are intentionally dark however they feel a bit too dark. Whenever I'm editing color correction on Final Cut I get too much noise with it and have tried removing much of it. Regardless I think it turned out great.

My friend and I got bored at 4 AM so we decided to make a film trying out some new special effects. It was shot in half an hour and the light sabers took over 50 hours to do. Lesson: Outsource light saber rendering to Asia. A random person shows up in a man's house so he needs to find a way to get rid of him so he can play some video games. Hope you enjoy it :D

Alright I changed the font so it's jittery and Dream Theater'ish so it looks creepy. That's the last edit to it. It's FINISHED!

I made my own spoof trailer of the famous Miyazaki film "My Neighbor Totoro". I found some sounds online for it and used Final Cut Express to work with it. I think it's finally ready. It's for my intro editing class. Hope you enjoy it : )
