T.L. Mazumdar grew up In North Africa, England and India before he moved to Germany in the year 2000.His live band, [T] features experimental/progressive pop-music played by four improvising musicians with deep musical roots in jazz and jazz-fusion. Deep grooves, spoken word, passionate vocals and crafty and intelligent instrumentation subtly flavoured with East Indian melodic influences combined with ballsy attitude a love for improvisation and playing for the moment defines this band's unmistakably unique sound.

Influences: The past. Visualizations of the future. And an ongoing attempts at observing the present.
