How much ozone is generated by this thing? Even fairly low concentrations of ozone are known to promote cancer..... and higher concentrations can cause your mucuous membranes to more or less dissolve...... be careful with that big arc, have loads of ventillation...... be careful if you market such a thing that you don't run afoul of environmental / health regulations. How about electrode consumption- I heard that even with tungsten electrodes, plasma devices of this sort can eat up electrodes at a pretty good rate.

The stability of the arc you've attained, and the apparent ability of this thing to go fairly low into the the midrange is darned impressive.
