If you look at all the videos where Nicks Mother, Father and even John himself was part of while street racing, he was to blame as much as Nick. John AND Nick helped make a street racing video. You can bet John was enjoying what was going on, so to say Nick is fully responsible is trash. If John was driving, he would be in the hot seat now, not the poor..poor victim.
