A simple large knitted rectangle is essentially an afghan. So this simple stitch can go pretty far and will keep you warm for years to come!

Summary: Eric and Sookie are together and she loves him. But when Godric, Erics maker, makes the decision to meet the sun, Eric is so hurt by the loss the he starts to pull away from Sookie believing that caring for someone (a human no less) is too much of a risk to take. Will they find their way back to each other?
Notes: As always, I dont really like the finished product, but I am satisfied with what I have. When I started viding this ship with this song, I forgot that my footage was still limited even with all the amazing Eric/Sookie scenes weve gotten in the past few weeks. Thank all of you who subscribed after watching the preview on YouTube. I really hope its worth it (I doubt it); I tried my hardest. I now never want to hear this beautiful song again.

[Timeline]
[00:11 - 00:16] Godric meets the sun after Eric pleads with him not to end his life.
[00:17 - 00:34] Eric starts to pull away from Sookie when she just wants him to let her in. He ignores her calls and drinks the blood of fang bangers while Sookie racks her brain at home in misery and frustration.
[00:35 -00:40] Sookie remembers the progression of their relationship; from hate to love.
[00:53 00:57] Sookie still hopes that she and Eric can be together. She decides to infiltrate the Fellowship of the Sun (without Erics knowledge) while Nan Flanagan is urging Eric to deal with the Fellowship. Since he holds the organization partly responsible for Godrics choice, hes unfazed by the orders.
[00:58- 1:04] While undercover, Sookie enters the sanctuary of the Fellowship and immediately she remembers Godrics last moments.
[1:04- 1:22] The Fellowship knows that Sookie is allied with the vampires so they throw her in the basement where Gabe beats her and attempts to rape her. Eric rescues her, but Sookie is quite aware that he is not happy with her. He yells at her in angry and she takes it because she knows she made a mistake. She wasnt thinking. After acknowledging that its done now, he leaves her alone in her hotel room.
[1:38- 1:46] When a suicide bomber takes out the nest, Eric is injured taking bullets for Sookie. As she sucks them out, he remembers all the important things that have happened in his existences and realizes that most of those memories are of Sookie.
[1:48- 2:10] Sookie accepts that theres darkness in Eric, but theres goodness in him too; so she will stick by him no matter what. In the end, he accepts her love and comfort during his time of pain.
