I give my global perspective on the movement of leadership in this modern times. And bring some interviews from top executives.
About Me:

I was born in Southern Africa and moved to England in the mid seventies. I have successfully set up and run a number of international companies and have a wide range of experience in management of small and large organisations. I still own companies in two continents however now spend the majority of my time researching and developing leaders.

16 years ago I decided to take some time out to study leaders and effective organisations. I have always been fascinated by 'why people respond the way they do to different people' and 'what makes an organisation effective'. 16 years later I spend 20% of my time researching what works in organisations.

I hope you enjoy the site and wish you all that you wish for yourself.

Has this phrase moved to a different meaning now? Can we embrace this as a non-financial term?

Excellent outlook and thanks for sharing!

Note: If wherever you are doesn't challenge you to think through the day - everyday - in new ways - you're in the wrong place. Run, they're killing you a slow death. It's just not that obvious, but it will be...down the road.

Do the best you can in everything you do,
