Welcome to the first episode of Virt TV or VTV for short, feat. the Ninja Spring Grab card flourish tutorial featured in our video "Ink"!

You... yes you, are hereby invited to be featured in the weekly "TV episodes" in the community... called "Virt TV"!

What is it?
It is the card flourish TV show where you and I are the stars of the show!
It's where we discuss awesome card flourish stuff, give you cool card flourish tutorials, and share our ideas.

Every week we'll start things off with an episode where we ask you questions, or where you ask us questions.

For example when it comes to asking us questions...
It can be about anything at all...like

"Man how long do you guys practice card flourishing everyday!?"
"What direction do you think the art of playing card flourishes should progress in?"
"Do you like cheese?"

And when it's an episode where we're asking you questions... we'll ask you stuff like

What is style?
This is style.

Trivia:

-Due to the light drizzle that rainy day, all of the card flourishes in this video were filmed in one take as dropping the cards would mean ruining them on the wet ground. Furthermore Huron and Daren had to leave before their decks got entirely soaked by the drizzle.

-A visual lesson in style was about to be put together by Virtuoso, and this coincided with an ongoing competition where the art of card flourishing was to be fused with the art of filmmaking.

Virtuoso submitted this video, and we're proud to announce that it emerged champion.

The art of playing card flourishing is expression through the manipulation of cards utilizing a deck's ability to split into 52 parts.

It is an extension of the flourisher's personality, where through this expression he finds a sense of freedom.

In 2004, four artists in Singapore formed the card flourishing team, Virtuoso, and took the world by storm.

They took a break from the public scene in 2006 to reconceptualize their team.

The year is 2007, and here Virtuoso pushes the limits of the art again like never before.

Welcome to the tip of the iceberg of what's to come.
