I like that you are trying to keep alive the old ways. I am self have retired them, and looking to invent some new ones a long the way to my power and on my path there. I keep everything basic and shed my layers to quickly to change much in my outer world. I feel at this time it's much better to do it in the mind and energy fields that control this planet. Just a tip: slow down your rate of breathing when you are doing you inner magic. It helps the body to change with the energy flow. I tend to what to speed up myself when I do things like that, but the key is to always relax one's self.
