For instance... If you want to lose weight and build muscle then you'll need a fat burner, protein and Glutamine. Using the protein and Glutamine will help your recovery times... You'll need to do cardio and weight training. You'll need an energy supplement as well because you'll need it... at least I did but I worked out 3 times per day. (Running 5 - 8 km in the morning; swimming laps for 45 minutes at lunch time and 2 hours of weight training in the evening). Was this overboard? Probably and because of that I needed a hell of a lot of supplements ($800 a month in fact) but it really paid off...
