About Me:

And now a special message from thesubstream Crew:

We've got something to show you... we've been working on our little web-site for months upon months, hammer and tongs, blood sweat and doughnuts, burning like nine candles at like I don't know how many ends... forty? A hundred and seven ends? In any case, its time, finally, to let our super awesome friends in for a super awesome, secret peek at what we've been working on: a website for people who like watching movies and like learning how to make them outside the traditional film school system. We're gonna try and grow into a community of rad, creative guys and gals, and we need your help folks, for serious here.

Its like this: you know how if you're cooking chili, you taste the chili and think, "OK, this chili needs salt.". Then a half hour later you taste the chili and think "Man, now this chili needs freakin' beans". An hour passes, "Does this chili need pepper? I'm not sure". Another hour. You taste the chili and think "I have no idea what this chili needs. I have tasted this chili too frequently. I am too close to this chili to be objective about the chili's current requirements. All the past chili improvements I have undertaken are blurring together in my mind, becoming an ununpackable pastiche of chili samplings, each one indistinguishable from the last. What I need is a friend to taste this chili for me, and tell me what the chili needs."

Well, that's where we're at. We need fresh eyes looking at our chili, to tell us what works, what doesn't, what's missing and what we've got too much of. We'll be putting up new content on a regular basis, but we need your smart chili opinions about our colour scheme, our navigation system, all of it. Visit the community, register yourself an account, and check in at the messageboards in the Forum to have your say and to see what other secret cool dudes and dudettes are getting a secret taste of our website chili.

Thanks!

Instead of trekking out to the googleplex to see Armored, why not watch a bunch of movies that wrote the book on adrenaline-pumping heists?
