2nd time doing this lift. This is my first set. Very tired at this point.

Just finished deadlifting 1x2x530 off a plate + 3x3x455 off a plate.

This is probably not correct form. More of a high pull but whatever.

This is part of week 6 of the Coan/Phillipi deadlift program.

However, the last rep wasn't locked out because my hands gave out. Need to work on that support grip some more. Legs/back had lots of power though.
