Last year's State of the Art was voted best art party of the year by the Tampa Bay Times. Featuring over 25 artists in various mediums, live music, dance, fashion and performance art.

The Roosevelt is located at 1812 N. 15th Street Tampa FL 33605. The venue is undergoing a zero energy conversion from a bare brick shell to a model of sustainable architecture. The building serves as infrastructure for Tampa Bay's creative talent and beyond.
